General RulesAs the artist, I retain all copyright rights to the commissioned artwork. You, as the client, can not claim credit to the artwork, can not profit off the artwork (unless you have purchased commercial rights), and can not alter the artwork without my permission.I reserve the right to refuse any commission.I also reserve the right to have the art commission in my art portfolio, posted on my socials, create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only.) Unless you have purchased a NDA.You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs/blockchains.
You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork in any AI-related technology.You can post it on anywhere online with credit to me.Rights and Licenses
The commissioned artworks are for personal uses only such as headers/icons/printing for self/posting on social media with credit.Commercial use is only allowed at an extra fee.

Payment
I won't start the commission until I receive full payment. Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the commission. I only accept payments in USD.Process
You will receive w.i.ps via dm or email as I start drawing the illustration. I will first start with a rough sketch to confirm the pose/concept. I won't do drastic changes/edits after the sketch has been confirmed. However, with each w.i.p update I do ask for feedback and if anything needs to be adjusted.In general, the bigger the commission the more time it will take to complete, please expect 1-2 months.
If there are delays that may push it to take longer then expected, I will update you as soon as possible. I will keep you updated on the progress and you can always reach out to me if you want an update or have a question. I may respond a day or two late but I will respond as soon possible.You will receive the final art commission via email, in the best quality available as a PNG. If you want a specific format/size, let me know at any time. I will also send a preview of the final piece to your DM/email before that.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms of service above.
